A brand website that finally matched the studio behind it.

BR-ND People is a creative change agency doing serious, high-quality work — culture programs, leadership development, organizational transformation. Their site told none of that story. It looked like a placeholder next to the work.

We redesigned and rebuilt it from scratch: a motion-forward brand website with a clearer structure for services, cases, and thought leadership. Premium without being heavy. Fast without being plain.

The constraint

BR-ND works at the intersection of people, culture, and organizational change — which is hard to communicate without slipping into consultant-speak or becoming overly abstract. The site needed to feel like a creative studio, not a management firm.

The practical constraints were equally firm:

  • No full rebrand — a tighter reflection of who BR-ND is today, not a new identity
  • Content must stay editable by the internal team without developer support
  • Performance and page speed cannot be sacrificed for visual ambition
  • Motion had to add meaning, not just decoration

Solution

Step 1: Positioning and IA

Worked with the BR-ND team to clarify what the studio does, how it works, and what proof to lead with. Removed the noise. Tightened the hierarchy. Made the navigation serve the sales conversation.

Step 2: Motion-forward visual system

Designed a system that feels alive and workshop-like — GSAP-powered transitions, scroll-linked interactions — while still scaling cleanly across every page type. Motion earned its place by adding clarity, not decoration.

Step 3: Maintainable build

Shipped a clean component system on Next.js with a Notion-based CMS. The internal team can edit, update, and publish without touching code. That was a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
