We build with AI.
Not just about it.

eyay is a two-person digital product studio in Amsterdam. We design and build custom software, AI workflows, internal tools, MVPs, and sharper websites for teams that need something real, fast.

Small team. Real product work.

We shape, design, and build custom software, AI workflows, internal tools, MVPs, and sharp websites from one small Amsterdam studio.

how eyay works

01
AI-native workflow

More momentum, fewer layers.

We use AI across research, design, code, QA, and documentation, so a small team can move with unusual speed.

02
End-to-end ownership

The people you brief are the people who build.

The people you brief are the people who design, build, launch, and hand over the work.

03
Modern technical foundation

Built to last, not to impress.

We build on maintainable stacks and document the product so it stays understandable after launch.

problems

What we solve

problem 01

Your website no longer matches the level of your work.

A sharper website, positioned, built, and launched.

problem 02

You have a product idea, but no product team.

A focused MVP from concept to working v1.

problem 03

Your team loses hours to repetitive work.

A custom internal tool for the workflow your team keeps doing by hand.

problem 04

You know AI could help, but not where.

One practical AI layer around a real use case.

the alternative

Before you hire the full team

Important enough to build. Too early for a full product team.

We scope the right first version, build it properly, and leave something your team can use, test, or take further.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about working with eyay

What does a Build Sprint include?

A Build Sprint includes product direction, UX and UI design, technical build, review rounds, and launch or handover support for a focused first version. We aim for something real and usable rather than a deck about what might be built later.

How fast can eyay start?

A Concept Sketch can usually start within days. Larger Build Sprint, Digital Partner, or Product Partner work depends on scope and availability, but the first step is always a short scoping conversation that turns the brief into a clear plan.

How do you use AI in product work?

We use AI across research, synthesis, interface iteration, coding, testing, and automation. It's the leverage that lets two of us ship at the pace we promise — not a feature we sell.

Can you work with an existing team?

Yes. We've done bounded features, prototypes, and ongoing support inside existing product, design, and engineering teams. Handover always includes code context and maintenance notes.

What happens after launch?

You can take the code in-house, continue with Digital Partner or Product Partner support, or ask us for a handover-only finish. We build with maintainability in mind so the next person is not trapped in mystery code.

Do you only work in Amsterdam?

No. We're based in Amsterdam and often work with Dutch organisations, but the process works remotely for teams worldwide.
